Terms and Conditions
1. Who we are
Priority Locksmiths ("we", "us") operates a locksmith-matching service. We connect customers who need locksmith services with vetted independent locksmith businesses ("partners"). We are not a locksmith company and do not carry out locksmith work ourselves.
2. The service
When you submit a request, we share the details you provide with one or more partners covering your area. A partner who accepts your request will contact you directly. The contract for any locksmith work is between you and the partner — not with us.
3. Pricing
We do not set partner prices. The partner must agree the price of the work with you before starting. Always confirm the total cost, including any call-out element, parts and VAT, before authorising work. You are never obliged to proceed.
4. Emergency response
We aim to connect emergency requests with available partners quickly, but arrival times depend on partner availability, location and conditions and are not guaranteed.
5. Identification and authority
Partners are required to confirm that you have authority to access the property before gaining entry. Please have identification or proof of authority available.
6. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us through our complaints process and we will investigate with the partner. See our Complaints Policy.
7. Liability
Partners are independent businesses responsible for their own workmanship, pricing and insurance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of partners. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
