Partner Code of Conduct

Every locksmith partner agrees to this code. It exists to protect customers and the reputation of every good locksmith in the network.

  • Honest pricing — quote the full price before starting; no inflated night rates sprung at the door; no "it got complicated" surprises without prior agreement.
  • Non-destructive first — attempt non-destructive entry where practicable, and explain clearly when drilling is genuinely required.
  • Verify authority — confirm the customer's right to access the property before gaining entry.
  • Respect the customer — punctuality, clear communication, tidy work, receipts provided.
  • Care with vulnerable customers — take extra care with elderly or distressed customers; never exploit urgency.
  • Data protection — customer details are used only to do the job, never for marketing or resale.
  • Insurance and standards — maintain valid public liability insurance and work to relevant British Standards.

Breaches lead to account review, suspension or removal from the network.
